Since 2018, Newen has been participating in Etsi, in the working groups of the Environmental Engineering Technical Committee, where particular attention is placed on environmental conditions, sustainability, and energy saving.
The Digital Product Passport (DPP) is one of the main activity in ETSI program 2024. DPP defines the product characteristics to achieve targets in terms of energy consumption and sustainability.
For both Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and Network Server power consumption is one of the main topic for this year program.
